LOS ANGELES - In what amounts to the biggest event in the decades old history of the Los Angeles Music Awards and its sister production the Hollywood F.A.M.E. Awards, the event on Thursday, November 10th at the Avalon Theater, promises to be a memorable experience for those fortunate enough to have a ticket to attend. With an expected attendance of close to 1,200 guests along with some big name celebrity recipients, the event is projected be a huge success.

On the Hollywood F.A.M.E. Awards side of the program, recipients include members of Michael Jackson's band including bassist Alex Al from the film "This Is It", along with a Legacy Award being presented to Micheal Jackson's children Paris, Prince and Blanket. Also accepting a Legacy Award will be James Brown the 2nd, character actor Larry Hankin, (Friends & Seinfeld regular) stuntman Mark Nearing (from the film Abduction), Booboo Stewart for the Rising Star award, (Twilight: Breaking Dawn 1 & 2), Grammy winning music producer Keith Olsen (Fleetwood Mac, John Waite, Ozzy Osbourne, many others), print and fashion model Jaimie Hilfiger ( heiress to the Tommy Hilfiger empire) and others. www.hollywoodfameawards.com

The 21st Annual Los Angeles Music Awards side of the program will feature the presentation of 30 awards to independent artists and bands who were voted on by fans and industry panel on September 22nd at the Whisky A Go-Go as part of the Los Angeles Music Awards annual voting event. These will be presented at the end of the night on stage inside the theater. There will also be an additional 30 Producers Choice Awards presented on the red carpet to various recipients from the independent music community.
